Spa Policies

To ensure your comfort and the comfort of our other guests, we offer a smoke-free environment and ask that you silence your cell phone.

We try to provide a relaxing atmosphere, therefore, we welcome children over 14 who are receiving spa services only.

Please be courteous to our staff: a 24-hour notice is required for any changes or cancellation in your appointment. For any services of 60 minutes or longer, a 48-hour notice is required. Failure to do so may result in full appointment charge.

Late arrivals: If you should be late for your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. The fee for your service will remain the same.

We accept personal checks. There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out necessary forms prior to your appointment.
